Fernando Marina Urriola

Background

Data Engineer at Flatpay, working with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Python. Previously, I co-led a cloud migration from on-premise to GCP at Metsystem within the BioInnovation Institute. I hold an MSc in Human-Centered AI from DTU and a BSc in Biomedical Engineering. Moving from Spain to Denmark for my studies. Currently CTO of NordicBioCrowd (nordicbiocrowd.com), startup I develop on the side of my full time job

Motivation

Having been a DDSA mentee for nearly two years, I have seen the program’s value firsthand. I initially hesitated to become a mentor due to my young age and shorter time in the data ecosystem, but I realized this is exactly why I can help. I want to mentor students or recent graduates who have just arrived in Denmark or are transitioning from university to the job market.

Francisco Jose Perez Dominguez

Background

I have an MSc in Transport and Logistics from DTU and a background in civil engineering. Professionally, I have worked as a data and business analyst in transport, mobility, and maritime optimisation. My experience includes Power BI, SQL, Python, KPI reporting, data modelling, stakeholder collaboration, and translating business needs into practical analytical solutions

Motivation

I would like to support students and recent graduates, especially international talents, in their transition from studies to working life in Denmark. I know how challenging it can be to understand the job market, present your profile clearly, and build confidence. I would like to share practical guidance from my own experience in data and analytics roles
