Motivation

This will be my 7th year mentoring and the 4rd under the DDSA Mentoring Programme. I would like to continue to help others benefit from my learnings (successes as well as failures), such that others won’t have to reinvent the wheel. I will point you to the importance of asking the premisses of your way of approaching your life and career. Good questions can carry you far, and more often than not you will find that others have been in your place many times before. Together we will determine what is important for you and jointly determine the best ways for you to find the best solution(s).
