KEEP IT REAL! Facing the AI Hype Together is a half-day interactive workshop for those who use AI in their work but remain critical of its growing influence. Whether you’re a researcher, educator, or industry professional, this event is for you if you’re informed about AI’s capabilities but also concerned about its ethical, educational, and environmental consequences.
We’re creating a space for honest conversations, spontaneous discussions, and meaningful connections. Expect to meet likeminded people who are curious, critical, and eager to explore AI beyond the buzzwords. Together, we’ll reflect on what responsible AI engagement looks like—and what it doesn’t.
To carry the momentum forward, we’ll co-author a collective opinion piece based on the ideas and concerns raised during the workshop. Everyone is warmly invited (but not expected) to join the writing group.
Participation is limited to 40 people to ensure depth and openness in the dialogue. First come, first served—so don’t wait to register!
