I started out technical, building computer vision models and MLOps infrastructure across R&D roles in pharma manufacturing. Over time I moved into platform engineering at Danske Bank, standardizing how ML teams work at scale. Now at Genmab I sit closer to the business, partnering with domain experts to identify where data science can make the most meaningful difference and helping shape solutions that address the right problems.

I’ve had great mentors both in academia and in industry, and at key moments they genuinely changed the direction of my career. I want to pay that forward.
