I hold an MD degree from my country of birth (Russia), MSc in biomedical sciences degree from Radboud University (Nijmegen, Netherlands), and a PhD degree from Aarhus University (Denmark). During my academic years (PhD + postdoc), I worked on the medication and vaccination safety research and on pregnancy outcomes among others with the focus on causal inference and causal modeling. Later I transitioned into Data Analytics Centre of the Danish Medicines Agency, where I worked on COVID-19 vaccination safety and rare adverse events. In my current role as a Senior Epidemiologist at Novo Nordisk, I work on the intersection of data science, regulatory science, and lead projects in real-world evidence research in rare blood disorders. My expertise also covers project management and multi-faceted discussions with multiple stakeholders.
