Mini Omics series of workshops
I’m excited to invite you to our four workshop in our OMICS mini-series, where we’ll kick things off with R & the Tidyverse 🧬📊
The first session is all about getting comfortable with R and tidy tools for data manipulation and visualization — skills you’ll use again and again in the following workshops about bulk RNA-seq, single-cell, and spatial transcriptomics. The in-person meeting Venue is in the Aarhus university main campus, but we can stream the lectures as well.
