Background

I am Chief Data & AI Officer and an enterprise AI strategist with a background spanning AI leadership, applied research, and higher education. I lead AI strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives across the Nordics, translating data into measurable business value. My expertise covers machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, and multi-agent systems. I have also supervised and taught AI/ML at DTU and mentored ~6,000 students.

Motivation

I want to join the DDSA Mentoring Programme to help strengthen Denmark’s data science community by supporting emerging talent at key career transitions. Having worked across academia, research, and executive AI leadership, I can offer mentees guidance on career development, research-to-industry transitions, leadership growth, and responsible AI in practice. I see mentoring as a meaningful way to give back, share perspective, and help others build confidence, direction, and ambition in data science.
