Motivation

I believe mentoring like teaching is a reciprocal journey and it enriches both the mentor and the mentees. In the act of teaching and imparting knowledge, I find myself deepening my own understanding of intricate data science concepts. The dynamic exchange of ideas with my mentees, who bring diverse perspectives and fresh approaches, inspires me to continually broaden my horizons. Besides that, I have a genuine desire to give back to the community.

Through mentoring, I can provide guidance and support to others on their path to success which brings me an indescribable sense of fulfilment. The opportunity to serve as a mentor will enable me to play an active role in shaping the next generation of data scientists, helping them overcome obstacles, and witnessing their remarkable transformations.

Furthermore, participating in the mentoring program opens doors to networking opportunities within the data science community which I value a lot.
